Nagpur News : Lakadganj Police booked a person in fraud case on Monday. Identified as Praveen Bais (35), a resident of Khaparkheda, the accused worked as driver with one Amar Daulatram Mulchandani (53), a resident of Plot No. 11, Tulsi Nagar, Shanti Nagar. Praveen suggested Amar to sell his car Innova (Mh 31 CR 5034). He promised Amar to crack a good deal for him. Praveen took the car on the pretext of selling it and allegedly sold the car in Rs 7 lakh.
Even after hours, when Praveen didn’t turn up, Amar lodged a complaint with Dhantoli Police Station. PSI Chaphle registered a case of fraud under IPC Sec 408. Further investigations are underway.
