Nagpur: Kalamna police have arrested a pervert man on the charges of raping a neighbouring 3-year old girl near a grocery shop in Kamna Nagar on Thursday.
In their complaints to the police, the parents of the kid girl said that the accused Akash Arun Machurkar (26), resident of Kamna Nagar, Durga Kirana Stores, Kalamna, exploited their 3-year old daughter sexually between 8.15 am and 1 pm on Thursday.
PSI Analdas, based on the complaint, booked the accused Akash Machurkar under Sections 376(2)(I), 354(A)(1) of the IPC read with Sections 4, 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and arrested him. Further probe is underway.
