Nagpur News : Mother of a 16-year-old girl lodged a complaint of her daughter’s molestation with Ambazari Police. Cops have arrested a middle-aged man in this regard.
According to information, accused Sunil Sureshchandra Gupta (38) used to past indecent gestures to a 16-year-old girl in front of Krazy Castle, Ambazari Road footpath between November 26 and December 1. Sunil tried to contact the girl and attempted to hold her hand. Frustrated over Sunil’s gestures, the girl narrated the incidence to her parents. They rushed to
Ambazari police station and lodged a complaint against Sunil.
Acting on a tip of, cops arrested Sunil, a native of Indore (Madhya Pradesh) and slapped charges under Sections 354 (a) (d), read with sub sections 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.
