Nagpur: The wait is almost over for students across Maharashtra as the Class 12 (HSC) examination results are set to be घोषित within the next few hours. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will officially announce the results on May 2 at 1 PM.
Ahead of the declaration, the board will hold a press conference at 11 AM, where key details and overall statistics related to the results will be shared.
How to Check Maharashtra HSC Result 2026
Students will be able to access their results online by entering their seat number and mother’s name on the official websites. The result will be available on:
- results.digilocker.gov.in
- mahahsscboard.in
- hscresult.mkcl.org
Students can log in, view their marks, and download or print their scorecards for future use.
Digital Marksheet and College Access
After the result declaration, students will also be able to access their digital marksheets via DigiLocker. Additionally, junior colleges will receive consolidated results, allowing students to obtain physical copies directly from their respective institutions.
Verification and Re-evaluation Process
For students who are not satisfied with their marks, the board has provided options for:
- Mark verification
- Photocopy of answer sheets
- Re-evaluation
The application window will be open from May 3 to May 17, 2026.
Students must first obtain a photocopy of their answer sheet before applying for re-evaluation. The process must be completed within five working days. Fees can be paid online through debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.
Over 14 Lakh Students Appeared
This year, over 14 lakh students appeared for the Maharashtra HSC exams. With the evaluation process now in its final stage, students will soon be able to download their marksheets, which will play a crucial role in their higher education admissions.
