
Maharashtra Board HSC 12th Result 2026 at Mahahsscboard.in, Maharesult.nic.in, hscresult.mkcl.org Live Updates: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared the Maharashtra HSC Class 12 result 2026 on May 2. The results were announced during a press conference at the board’s Pune headquarters, while the official result link will be activated at 12 PM on mahahsscboard.in, hscresult.mkcl.org, hscresult.mahahsscboard.in, and maharesult.nic.in. Students can also check their Maharashtra Board HSC result 2026 on the IE Education portal.
Pass percentage – 89.79. This year, A total of 1444713 students registered, of which 1433058 appeared and 1286843 have passed.
Among divisions, the Konkan division emerged as the top performer with a pass percentage of 94.14%, while Latur recorded the lowest at 84.14%. Girls once again outperformed boys across all divisional boards, achieving a pass percentage of 93.15% compared to 86.80% among boys, a difference of 6.35 percentage points.
The Maharashtra Board Class 12 exams were conducted from February 10 to March 18, while practical exams were held between January 23 and February 9.
A total of 15,32,487 students registered for the Maharashtra HSC exam 2026, including 7,99,773 from science, 3,80,692 from arts, and 3,20,152 from commerce streams. Additionally, 27,378 students were from vocational courses and 4,492 from ITI. Last year, the Maharashtra HSC result was declared on May 5, with an overall pass percentage of 91.88.
