    Maharashtra HSC Result 2015 to be announced at 1 pm on May 27

    Nagpur/Mumbai: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is all set to announce the results of the Class 12 HSC Board Examinations.

    The MSBSHSE Class 12th HSC Results 2015 are expected to be declared at 1 pm on Wednesday (May 27, 2015).

    Students will need to enter their roll numbers and date of birth to check the results.

    The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune – 411004, is an Autonomous Body established under the provisions of the Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1965.

    The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations in the state of Maharashtra through its nine Divisional Boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri.

    The Board conducts examination twice a year and the number of students appearing for the main examination is around 14 lakhs for HSC and 17 lakhs for SSC. For the supplementary examination around 6 lakhs students are expected to sit for HSC and SSC together. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher Secondary Schools / junior colleges in the entire state.
