Nagpur: In the incident of death of two convicts– No. B/7135 Narayan Champatrao Chourey and No. 5804 Kalpesh Shalikram Wankhede of Nagpur Central Prison at Govt Medical College and Hospital, here in the city, a magisterial inquiry has been ordered by District Magistrate Nagpur.
Accordingly, Nagpur city sub-divisional magistrate S N Choudhari will conduct the probe into cause and circumstances in which the death of the aforesaid convicts occurred.
SDM S N Choudhari has thus invited persons with written documents as evidence and affidavit latest by December 21, 2015, which may be helpful in fact-finding process, in the case of convict Narayan Chourey, and latest by December 31, 2015 in the case of Kalpesh Wankhede. Such persons may submit the documents, etc, at Room No. 1, Tahsil Office, Nagpur on the aforesaid dates.
