Nagpur: Lopamudra Raut, who made Nagpur proud by taking city on the global fashion map, is back to her homeland after yet another major feat. She finished up as 2nd runner up of Ms. United Continents 2016 and is all happy to be in Nagpur again. She consciously matched the occasion with the handpicked traditional attire to signify the moment and symbolise her love towards the nation.
Her excitement was clearly visible when she arrived at the airport. She expressed that being welcomed by your own people doubles up the joy of her victory. She shared her experience which was phenomenal and astounding according to her. Equally overwhelmed on seeing her family and friends at the airport, Lopamudra also shared the feeling when she was crowned with the title of miss united continents 2016 which was something really out of the world and she added that “yes I did it and I made my country proud”. Her experience about visiting other countries was also very interesting. She shared that going abroad and learning different languages is really incredible.
Now she feels great that people recognise her wherever she goes. She is very happy to make her hometown her country proud and she is very thankful that her parents supported her throughout the journey.
