LIT STUDENTS EXCEL IN YUVARANG-2015

IMG-20150313-WA0021To bring the hidden talent out of the students who have their roots deep down the culture & tradition of India and nourished with Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, the University  organizes  ‘YUVARANG- The Inter-Collegiate Cultural Festival’ for students belonging to the university. YUVARNG-2015 was organised with a wide range of events including Literary, Cultural and Ethical events like Debate, Poetry, Dance, Drama, fine arts etc. In this event which was held for four days, from 9th March 2015- 12th March 2015, witnessed the talent of various students belonging to different streams. The students of Laxminarayan Institute of Technology also have exhibited their talent and bagged prizes in the same. Pranali Nikose and Pradhnya Bhakare from third year bagged 1st prize in Henna Art and 3rd Prize in Mono Act, respectively,  Ankush Patil of Final year won third prize in Photography Contest, whereas Pawan Tongse from Final Year , won second prize for on-spot painting competition. The students were congratulated on their stellar wins by the Director of the Institute, Dr. R. B. Mankar, saying that the students have added yet another feather in LIT’s crown.  Professor in-charge Dr. R. P. Ugwekar, Prof. D.K. Kawadkar, Prof. S.P.Ghisad have motivated the students and enjoyed their performance by remaining present in the event  to enhance the confidence of the students.
