A fanatic 25-year old man molested a minor girl to such an extent that the victim became a mental patient or suffering from psychiatric disorders.
According to police, the accused Rinku Manekar (25), resident of Naik Nagar, Nagpur, indulged in molestation of the 15-year old girl since May 2013. The accused used to chase the girl from time to time and harass her with his indecent actions. The complainant, an uncle of the girl, said that her niece turned a psychiatric patient due to torment at the hands of the accused Rinku Manekar. A complaint was lodged with Ajni Police Station against the accused. PSI Nagre has booked Rinku Manekar under Sections 354(D), 506(B) of the IPC and Sub-Section 11(4) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act.
