India, November 2, 2015: Lenovo (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY) launched the A1000, a smartphone designed to give the best of everything to a first-time smartphone user. The A1000 packs the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop to bring the best of the Android experience to the consumers. The 10.16 cm (4”) screen makes it easier to use it with a single hand and comes with a 1.3Ghz Quad Core Processor and 1GB RAM to make the overall phone experience faster, better an easier for a first time user.

The A1000 comes with a built-in 8GB ROM, expandable upto 32GB, 2000mAH battery that gives you upto 9 hours of talk-time. The phones also packs a 5mp rear camera along. The A1000 is a dual sim phone and supports 3G connectivity in one slot of the sim.

Lenovo is also committed towards constantly expanding its after sales services, with over 350 Customer Service centres present across the country already. Recently, Lenovo announced the launch of 50 new service centres across India by Diwali. These centres cater exclusively to Lenovo and Motorola smartphones for a better and reliable after sales support.
