The accused lady director has been identified as Trimurti Nagar resident Prajakta Nikhil Ghate. The accused Prajakta runs Wisdom Computer Institute in Wardhaman Nagar. The accused Director of the Institute took Rs 75,000 from the girl student Chaitali Vijay Chaudhary of Bhagwan Nagar towards admission to BCA course in Madras University. However, instead of allowing her to sit for admission test in Madras University, the accused Prajakta issued a fake hall ticket of an unrecognized university in Delhi that resulted in denial to her in appearing for the examination.
