Nagpur:
A lady director of a computer institute has been booked on the charges of cheating a girl student to the tune of Rs 75,000 in the name of securing her admission for BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) course in Madras University. Instead, the lady director issued the girl student a bogus hall ticket for an examination of an unrecognized university in Delhi that deprived her in appearing for the exam.

The accused lady director has been identified as Trimurti Nagar resident Prajakta Nikhil Ghate. The accused Prajakta runs Wisdom Computer Institute in Wardhaman Nagar. The accused Director of the Institute took Rs 75,000 from the girl student Chaitali Vijay Chaudhary of Bhagwan Nagar towards admission to BCA course in Madras University. However, instead of allowing her to sit for admission test in Madras University, the accused Prajakta issued a fake hall ticket of an unrecognized university in Delhi that resulted in denial to her in appearing for the examination. With this bogus dealing, the accused lady director of the computer institute duped the girl student of Rs 75,000.

Nandanvan Woman PSI Kudmethe has registered a case under Sections 406, 420 of IPC against the accused Prajakta Ghate and probing the matter further.
