When one enters the premises of TB Ward gate to reach Ward No 38 where the labourers / workers of Haldiram Factory in Gumthala, Bhandara Road are kept, one can find pigs, sows and piglets in large numbers moving from one place to another. The presence of pigs can reveal the level of cleanliness of the surroundings of the Isolation Ward No 38. The premises have weeds and plants growing wildly. The patients require mosquito coils to prevent and escape mosquito bites.
