Killing of innocent civilians in air raids in Syria condemned

Nagpur: The activists of city unit of Muslim Youth League took out a march and condemned killing of hundreds of innocent civilians including many children in air strikes on residential areas of war-torn Syria. The activists demanded United Nations to take strong action in order to stop the killing of innocent human beings in Syria.

The protest march was taken out from Baba Budhaji Nagar Gurudwara Chowk, Makkah Masjid Road, Teka Nagpur. Several youths from Sikh community also joined the protest.

Zubair Khan (National Vice President, MYL), Manpreet Singh Marwah (National Assistant Joint Secretary, MYL), Saddam Ashrafi (Co-Convenor MYL Nagpur), Jasmeet Singh, Shahbaaz Khan, Irshad Ansari, Salman Taji, Ashfaq Ansari, ilyas Ansari, Zoheb Khan, Salman Raza Khan, Gurmeet Singh, Kuljeet Singh, Mushahid Ahmed, Mandeep Singh, Raza Ashrafi, Satvinder Singh, Rajratanjot Singh, Kamaljit Singh, Gurusewak Singh, Mohammed Imran, Mohammed Zubair, Ashu Khan and several other youth members participated in the march.

Women and children, trapped for five years of war in Syria, were now in a state of panic, without food, sanitation, or safe havens after air strikes destroyed their homes.
