One Plus One, the latest smartphone in the market is finally available for purchase on the online sites. Almost 3 million fans have already registered for the purchase.
OnePlus has launched its all new OnePlus 2 in the world’s first virtual reality launch event. Design-wise, the metal-design makes it look plush and premium. The company has also taken out the logo from the front. It sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display. As promised, the smartphone also comes with a fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C port. The fingerprint scanner is faster than the iPhone TouchID and lets you save up to five fingerprints, says OnePlus.
The front camera comes with a  13-megapixel snapper.  It also gets a new camera and a new solution that allows you to take 50MP photos and there’s also the slow motion mode. It comes powered by Snapdragon 810 coupled with 4GB of RAM.
The rear side, with its coarse Sandstone black finish, makes you feel at home if you’ve used the OnePlus One. The sandstone black cover is now easily removable, but it comes across as a bit too thin and easily flexes. Along with the sandstone back, you also get the option of a wooden back which will have to be bought separately. The phone has a slightly curved design on the back which helps with the grip. As compared to the OnePlus One, the OnePlus 2 is slightly heavier.
The OnePlus 2 comes with a 5.5-inch display with a slightly larger scree-to-body ratio as compared to the OnePlus One. At the base of it you have a fingerprint scanner. It is not a button per se but a touchpad and it has a clear rounded rectangular marking. This is surrounded by two soft keys which light up when the phone is on. The metallic edge has chamfered edges which gives it a classy look. On the rear side, the camera is placed bang in middle with a dual LED flash unit on top and the laser autofocus system below the 13MP rear camera.
It runs OxygenOS, and says it isn’t your pure Android. The phone comes with some significant changes. It allows you to drastically change the look and feel of the device with a single switch. The colour mode will let you select custom accents colours, or even use dark mode. App Permissions lets users control what apps can access, such as your location, identity, or contacts. The OnePlus 2 has a 3300mAh battery.
