Nagpur News: The Nagpur chapter of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM) will be organising a “mega conference” on critical care in the city from 2nd to 6th January, to discuss, coach and update medical practitioners in the region about new findings and techniques in critical care.
ISCCM National President Dr. Rajesh Chawla will be delivering an oration on dealing with Sepsis. Other orations and workshops will enlighten participants about decision- making in the ICU, specialised education in Intensive Care and Advance Cardiac Life Support among other things. Around 400 doctors from Akola, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Bilaspur, Raipur, Jabalpur and Bhopal will be attending the conference.

Some of the workshops are specifically for paramedical staff, nurses, sisters and ward- boys. Registration has been subsidised for many attendees.
