Nagpur:
On the eve of New Year, the Maharashtra Cabinet approved the process to dissolve Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT). The decision certainly cheered a political party and its workers. But the common people are panicky and in dilemma, as well. If a citizen resides in an area coming under NIT and faces a civic problem, then who should he approach? NIT or NMC?
For the sake of an example, a builder of Rajat Height on Koradi Road had deposited Rs 24 lakh for peripheral and Rs 25,000 for tree plantation with NIT 10 years ago. Since then, the builder is making rounds after rounds of NIT. Ten years have gone, but not a single work has been done.

And then came the news of dissolution of NIT putting the builder on the edge. He is at loss to understand whether his work would be done or not? Even if it is done, then who will do it? NIT or NMC?
