Nagpur: The induction programme for the second batch of BE (Fire Engineering) students of the National Fire Service College (NFSC), Rajnagar Campus, Nagpur was held at its new upgraded campus. Dr P Siwaswaroop, Regional Director of Indira Gandhi National Open University, Nagpur was the chief guest. He guided the students and exhorted them to take advantage of the state-of-the-art facility being provided to them since the course is specialized and unique and only one of its kind in the country.
Dr Siwaswaroop was earlier welcomed by Dr Shamim, Director, National Fire Service College, Nagpur, who later gave his introductory remarks. D K Saha, Asstt Director, NFSC also spoke on the occasion. The programme was attended by S Moorthy, D L Mashki , Rakesh Vidhate, Vivek Sharma and other staff of the College. Dr G S Natarajan, Course Supervisor conducted the programme. It was also attended by parents of the students.
