Nagpur: Indira Gandhi National Open University(IGNOU) has completed 31 successful years and iscelebrating its 31st Foundation Day on Saturday. The programme will be conducted at IGNOU regional centre.
The programme will start at 11 am with a round table conference of present and former IGNOU students. The topic of discussion will be ‘Support services – The present and future’.
This will be followed by lunch at 2 pm. The foundation day function will begin at 3.30 pm. The programme will be presided by Vice Chancellor, GH Raisoni UniversityDr Kamal Singh. Vice Chancellor of MAFSU, NagpurProfA K Mishra will be the chief guest.Former World Bank Advisor on AgricultureDr Ramesh B Thakre and Registrar of Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit UniversityDr Aravind Joshi will be the guests of honour on this occasion.
