Nagpur: 71st Independence Day was celebrated with full zeal & enthusiasm at Nagpur Branch of ICAI Dhantoli Nagpur. Flag hoisting at the occasion was done by the Senior Chartered Accountant CA. V.K. Surana. While addressing the gathering he said that celebrating Independence gives us a sense of belonging and motivation to develop ourselves as a nation.
He urged the members and students to value the Independence by contributing professionally and individually to the development of country. With the changing atmosphere various new avenues are available in present world. We should strive to live up to the expectation of the statute. We should strive hard for taken profession to newer heights.
Chairman of the Branch CA. Sandeep Jotwani welcomed all the members and Students. She said that the dream of our country of becoming superpower is developing in the eyes of and is in the hands of new generation. He further said that CA’s play an important role in nation building and urged the members and students to make best use of their skills to help government further propel the economy of the country. Our seniors have created a bench mark for the profession which we should always remember and should commit to ourself to continue the legacy.
