HSC exams forms to be accepted online from August 17

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will accept online forms for the February, March 2016 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC, STD XII) Examination from August 17, 2015. A statement issued by the board said, Applicants will have to visit mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in to fill the forms. Students who have Aadhaar cards will have to fill in the details in a new column, though Aadhaar enrolment is not a precondition to appear for the exam.

The online applications will be accepted up to August 31 and with late fees up to September 8.

Higher Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges must submit a Challan of fees paid in a bank between September 1 and 5, whereas for students who fill the form after September 1, schools and junior colleges must submit a challan by September 15, 2015. Schools must submit a list of students appearing for the exam by September 16, 2015. Details have been put up on the board website. Students must contact their respective schools while filling the online application form.
