Nagpur: In a most shameful act denting the humanity, a 40-year old pervert man not only raped his 8-year old daughter but also indulged in unnatural sex with his brother’s 7-year old son. The accused has been arrested by Hudkeshwar police. The accused was exploiting his kid daughter sexually since the Ganesh festival and the nephew was falling victim to the lust of the evil accused for quite some time.
According to police, the 40-year old accused, allegedly a transgender whose wife left him couple of years after their marriage. He was living with his elder brother and old parents. His brother works as a security guard and mother works as domestic help.
On Friday, around 3.30 pm, the accused was caught red-handed while he was raping his 8-year old daughter by his mother. Aghast, the old woman, along with the kid victim, rushed to the Hudkeshwar Police Station and lodged a complaint in this connection. During the investigation, it came to the fore that the accused was earlier exploiting his 7-year old nephew sexually for many days. Later, he started abusing his own daughter since the Ganesh festival.
Hudkeshwar PSI Amol Lakde, acting on the old woman’s complaint, booked the accused under Sections 376(A, B), 2(N), (F), 377, 506 read with Sections 4, 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The accused has been arrested and was produced in a court for PCR.
