Nagpur: RSS today at the last day of The meeting of Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha said it has not abandoned its commitment to build a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya and sought speeding up of the case proceedings in the Supreme Court.
“We have not abandoned the issue of Ram temple. After the order of the High Court, which went in favour of Hindus, the matter is pending before the Supreme Court. The judiciary is important.
The RSS conclave also greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his efforts in getting UNESCO to declare June 21 as International Yoga Day. A resolution adopted at the conclave said Yoga should be part of the educational curriculum and urged the state governments to take steps in this direction.
The 3-day conclave will conclude today,on Sunday.
