When Hardeep Singh Arora claimed that no one has any case registered in any police station, media personnel were quick to ask him about the molestation case registered against him in 2014, he said that that case was registered in 2013 and that case too was fabricated and lodged by his former girl-friend. He added that he has already submitted the CCTV footage of the spot which clearly proves he was innocent. The cops had registered a case without investigating the case.

Hardeep Singh Arora went on to add that he reported the matter of the cops demanding money for the above reasons to the Anti Corruption Bureau who had set up the trap. He added that unfortunately the main person (PI Shanke) who was to be caught escaped and the conduit Police Sub Inspector Archana Waghmare of Ambazhari Police Station was nabbed red-handed. He said that PI Shankhe has absconded and has not reported for duty and his mobile is off, since he knows he is guilty.

When asked if some journalist had encouraged and tutored him to lodge a complaint with ACB, he denied and said that why should any journalist have anything to do with me. I wanted to get the corrupt person arrested since not only did he register a false case but also demanded a huge sum for escaping action.
