Nagpur News: A half-decomposed body of a man was found in the closed godown at Parth India Company, MIDC on Tuesday evening. MIDC police was informed when foul smell spread in the area causing inconvenience to the nearby residents.
When cops searched the inside the godown, a half-decomposed body of a man was discovered. Body was not in a condition of identification, thus Identity of the deceased was not established. Cops have registered a case of accidental death and have started investigations in the case.
It is to be noted that godowns of Parth India Company have been closed for many years now. Thieves have stolen every bit of steel and iron from the premises and no security guard has been deployed for the godown. Police said situation of any untoward happening in the area could not be ruled out.
