GST Seva Kendra at ICAI Nagpur inaugurated by Nitin Gadkari

Responding to the social responsibility, Nagpur Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India started the GST Seva Kendra at ICAI Bhawan, Dhantoli, Nagpur. The Centre was formally opened for the public at the hands of Shri Nitinji Gadkari, Hon. Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India. The centre will facilitate and try to resolve the queries of the common public along with the trade & industry pertaining to the GST Law.

On the occasion Shri Nitinji Gadkari appreciated the efforts of ICAI Nagpur Branch to initiate the first ever GST Seva Kendra in the country which will help and guide the public at large along with the concerned stake holders. Chairman of ICAI Nagpur CA. Sandeep Jotwani apprised him of the various facilities being provided at the centre and its modus operandi to operate the centre. Experts on GST will be providing their honorary services and provide the solutions to the public. As the Chartered Accountants are termed as partners in Nation Building, we understand our responsibility to get this new law implemented in a smooth manner which will have a long impact to the economy of this country.

Member of PR & CSR Committee of ICAI, New Delhi CA. Julfesh Shah discussed various issues and feedback of trade and Industry with the minister regarding GST. He also requested him to take up the issues with the concerned ministry.
