Nagpur: As coming Sunday, Aug 9, is slated for Samadhan Shibir to be held for the citizens of South Nagpur assembly segment, their grievances will be accepted even on the day of Shibir as well, said Special Executive Officer in the Office of the Chief Minister, Asha Pathan during review of preparatory meeting of the Shibir held at Hyderabad House here the other day.
The officers of all departments were present during the meeting.
She further said, department-wise enclaves have been provided to furnish information sought in the camp (shibir) between 10 am and 4 pm. The applications received by July 20 have been tokens to their applicants. Two enquiry cells will be raised for issuing tokens to online enquiries, she added.
