Both the authorities must ensure that the issues of people are sorted out on priority,” said the Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule while presiding over a meeting on Monday (May 11).

The meeting was held at VIP Guest House of MSEDCL in Bijli Nagar. The Guardian Minister was guiding the officials for effective implementation of Samadhan Yojana Camps. Other dignitaries present at the meeting include MLAs Sudhakar Deshmukh, Krishna Khopde, Vikas Kumbhare, Dr Milind Mane, MLC Anil Sole, Mayor Pravin Datke, Collector Abhishek Krishna, Municipal Commissioner Shravan Hardikar, CEO Shivajirao Jondhale, and MSEDCL officials.

Bawankule said that every department should make its own separate preparation for the camps. All the officials must attend meetings of Sub-Divisional Magistrates at taluka-levels. The District Collector should initiate action against those officials who failed to attend the meetings, said Bawankule.

“In every Assembly constituency, at least two Samadhan Yojana camps should be organized. In these camps, issues of Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana, Shravan Bal Yojana, making of Class 2 farming into Class 1 farming, income, domicile certificates, ration cards, fer far problems, and other issues should be sorted out immediately,” urged the Guardian Minister.

District Collector Abhishek Krishna threw light on aims and objectives of Samadhan Yojana Camps. He said in these camps, a slew of information is provided to citizens on a variety of Government schemes and problems of citizens are resolved on priority basis.
