Nagpur News : Green Heaven Institute of Management & Research formerly known as Orange city Institute of Higher Education has been engaged in various CSR activities start from inception of the college.The college has always taken initiative in imparting education to needy and all categories of students.
This year also GHIMR is coming up with a wonderfull initiative of Free CMAT coaching to MBA aspirants from 11th Feb to 16th Feb 2013.From this year onwards MBA-MHCET is scrapped and instead, CMAT will be conducted as entrance test for MBA aspirants.
The pattern of exam is more or less similar to MBA MHCET, but the mode is online.So in this account GHIMR has decided to come up with the solution of providing free coaching and as well conducting online mock test so that students have knowledge beforehand.

The six day’s coaching will be conducted at college campus from 11.00 to 2.30 pm.Participants participating in the coaching classes will be provided Free Bus facility from Chatrapati Square to college campus.Each day’s session is divided into two class of 1.5 hours each.The coaching will be covering all the section viz English language, Reasoning ,Mathematical Aptitude and General Awareness.All the section will be taken by Eminent Faculties of GHIMR. Prof.Anup Suchak,Prof.Arvind Khadse & Prof. Chandrima das will be taking Reasoning and Mathematical aptitude.Prof Rajani Kumar will be responsible for English section and Dr. Pramod Thakur will be taking General Awareness.Candidates will also be provided free study materials with reference to each sections.
On the last day (16th feb) Online Mock test will be conducted at college itself in the similar way as CMAT will be conducted.The test will be consisting of 4 sections ( English 25 questions,Mathematical aptitude – 25 questions,Reasoning -25 questions and General Awareness -25 questions).
The idea behind conducting such coaching is three fold:
1. To provide awareness among MBA aspirants about the new patterns of CMAT exam.
2. To provide coaching of CMAT exam.
3. To enable them to appear for online CMAT exam.
