Nagpur: Four members of a family duped a middle-aged man to the tune of Rs 5 lakh in a farm land deal.
The four accused, Gautam Gholuji Gajbhiye, his wife Krushna Gautam Gajbhiye, Prashant Kamaldas Gajbhiye and Siddharth Gholuji Gajbhiye negotiated a deal with the complainant Sandesh Narayan Burbure (52), resident of Adhyapak Layout, Plot No. 96, Hingna T-Point. The accused took Rs 5 lakh from Burbure for sale deed agreement of an agriculture land situated at Patwari Halka No. 18/4A in Mauza Waghdhara, Tehsil Hingna.
However, the four accused, all residents of Wanadongri, Matoshri Nagar, Hingna Road, prepared a Gift Deed and gave the farm land to another person. Thus the four accused defrauded Burbure to the tune of Rs 5 lakh in the bogus farm deal.
MIDC ASI Vijay, based on Burbure’s complaint, booked the four accused family members under Section 420, 34 of the IPC. Further probe is underway.
