Flooding Shuts Down Bhandara-Tumsar-Balaghat Road, Cutting Maharashtra-MP Link

Bhandara/Nagpur: The inter-state road connecting Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh has been closed to traffic due to severe flooding caused by heavy rains. The Bawanthadi River has overflowed onto the Bapera Bridge, with floodwaters reaching heights of 4 to 5 feet. This has severed the crucial link between the two states.
