Farhan Akhtar‘s Rock On was one of the best films to be made ever! The musical drama took over the nation when it released and we just couldn’t get over the fabulous songs and the amazing story attached to the film. And when it was announced that Rock On 2 was being made, people got all the more excited.Though the cast of the first part – Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Prachi Desai, have been retained; we do see a few new faces – Shraddha Kapoor and Shashank Arora in Rock On 2. The first look of the film was released last night and now the first poster was launched too!
The first poster looks really intriguing with all the Magik members stacked beside each other with chaos and music all around. This could literally mean that you will see a lot of chaos, drama and music in the film, but could mean different too. The two in the Rock On poster has been depicted by the Hook Em’ Horns hand sign, which might mean that you will have the time of the life seeing the film.
Shraddha is very excited to be a part of the film, as she wrote on Twitter last night, “Made it in to the band. Hanging with the coolest guys in town #RockOn2” Apart from Shraddha Kapoor playing the new singer in the film, Shashank will be playing the role of the new bass player in the band. Luke Kenny died in the last movie, so they needed a really good person to replace him and looks like the makers have got the perfect replacement.
