Nagpur: The employees of Employee’s State Insurance Corporation are sitting on dharna to oppose some decisions taken by the management of ESIC on June 29, 2016.
While speaking to Nagpur Today, President of ESIC Action Committee (Rajya Karmachari Bheema Nigam Kriti Samitee) Dr Kolwale said that some of the latest decisions taken by the previous management to change the management to a Corporation.
They feel that the terms and conditions, rules and regulations are not favourable to the employees. They feel that the salary structure and other benefits will not be favourable to the employees.
Nearly 200-250 employees including Doctors, Pharmacists, Class-III and Class IV employees were sitting in the Dharna on June 29, 2016.
Secretary Masurkar, Members Tambekar, Bhusari, Ghode, Yevle, Khetule and other members of Rajya Karmachari Bheema Nigam Kriti Samitee were prominently present on the occasion.
