Nagpur News : A driver and conductor has been booked by Sonegaon police for allegedly producing forged vehicle documents before Dashrath Solare (40), RTO Assistant Inspector and cheating government.
Dorale was on his duty near Panjra outer ring road on Wardha road when he stopped Ishwar Neware on his way. DOrale said that Neware was driving at high speed and thus was stopped. When asked to produce documents, driver Neware produced the documents registered by RTO along with stamps and signatures.
Suspecting something fishy, Dorale verified the documents from rural RTO but was shocked to learn that no registration of Neware’s vehicle MH-40 AN2804 has been made. On checking further, it was learnt that the documents are fake and the rubber stamps too.
