Nagpur News: Continuing with its rich tradition, DMIMS under its knowledge lecture series is organizing a session on “Learning from a Leader” on 3RD October 2013 at Hotel Pride . Dr.Prafulla Agnihotri , Director –IIM Trichy will be the key resource person on this occasion. Dr.Agnihotri, has co-authored a book on Marketing Management with Philip Kotler and also has been revered with “Best Professional in Marketing Management by CMO-ASIA”.

He will deliver lecture on Enquiry method of learning – Concept –Process-outcomes. The Programme is divided into two sessions, the first will be for the faculty and the second session for students, the topics for the sessions are 1st concept processout-comes and 2nd Strategic Brand Management. Both the sessions will be concluded by question& Answers session.
Speaking with the Press, Director (DMIMS) Dr. Metre informed that this knowledge lecture will give the students first hand experience to talk with IIM Personality and to know about the premier institution. what IIM is, the event will sensitize the students as well as faculty .
On asked about the recent movement of campus placement not taking place in good numbers , Dr. Metre said, “ Tier 2 concept is clicking, companies are lining up in our city ,at least 8 companies have come to our college for campus placement this year itself.”
