Nagpur: Annie Ericson Anthony, an HSC student of Dinanath High School and Junior College in city, has been selected to represent Maharashtra State football team for the National Under-17 football tournament to be held at Tripura from December 9 to 13. The tournament is being organised by Games Federation of India through DSOs.
Earlier, Annie was selected for one month trial held in Kolhapur recently. She will now take part in coaching camp to be held in Chandrapur from November 29 to December 3. The National Under-17 football tournament will be held at Tripura from December 9 to 13.
The School Administrator Trupti Ghosh, Principal Alok Kumar Sinha, Coach Dr Mandal have congratulated Annie Anthony for her selection in Maharashtra State team.
