Nagpur: A 15-year-old girl was allegedly molested by a differently abled boy, who repeatedly followed her between Dec 26, 2018 and Jan 6, 2019. The accused who lives in the same locality as that of the victim, often bothered the 15-year-old girl on her way to school.
However when she opposed to his moves, the accused threatened her that he would commit suicide if she refused to entertain her, the girl told the police.
Followed by the compliant of 15-year-old survivor, Dhantoli police have registered a case under section 354(D), 506 and sub-section POCSO Act 2012.
