From Left to Right Abhijeet Deshpande, Uttam Mane
Nagpur News: Abhijeet Deshpande, Executive Director of Commerce Department of MSEDCL and Uttam Mane, Chief General Manager of Information Technology Department of MSEDCL have appointed as the part time Directors of North Haryana Electricity Distribution Company recently. Ajay Mehta, Managing Director of MSEDCL, has congratulated both the senior officer on this appointment.
Deshpande joined MSEDCL as Executive Engineer of the then Maharashtra State Electricity Board in 1997. He was promoted as superintending Engineer in 2003. In 2007, he became chief engineer of Commerce Department while he took charge as Executive Director of Commerce Department in 2009.
Mane joined the then MSEB as joint instructor in the Information Technology Department in 1980. He got promoted as Joint Director (Information Technology) in 1995. In 2005, he was appointed as the Additional Director while he has been working as chief General Manager in Information Technology Department since 2009. He was in-charge of Integrated Software Solution project of MSEDCL. He is a member of India Smart Grid Forum of Central Government.
