Looks like Deepika Padukone is truly Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s lucky charm. The actress and the producer/ director will be teaming up for another film soon along with Abhishek Bachchan. Industry tracker and trade analyst Ramesh Bala confirms these reports in a tweet saying, “@deepikapadukone signs @juniorbachchan – Producer #SLB ‘s yet to be titled Poet-Lyricist #SahirLudhianvi ‘s Bio-pic.”

An insider said, “Abhishek was quite kicked about Paltan. However, he realised after a while that Sonu Sood had more screen space than him. That bothered him considerably. When he discussed his apprehensions with Dutta, he told him that while Sonu had more screen time, it was Abhishek who had a better character written for him. Dutta could not convince him and he backed out at the end minute.” Coming back to Abhishek and Deepika being cast opposite each other, we think it’s quite thrilling to see them work together in a film. Abhishek has been choosing his films quite carefully.
