Criminals in possession of Gondhalekar estate held, granted PCR till July 23

Nagpur News : Grabbing prime property has now become one among the list of offences committed in Nagpur. Many notorious criminals through their accomplices get hold of property to further dispose it off. West Nagpur was so far away from such offences but not anymore.

The complainant, Parag Ramchandra Gondhalekar, 47, a resident of, 15, Shraddhanand peth, South Ambazari, Nagpur has an ancestral property at this address. Parag Gondhalekar lives in America. His ancestral property consists of a bungalow and an outhouse standing on area of 1500 square ft. Parag Gondhalekar’s mother used to live here. His mother died in America, in October, 2012.

The said property was illegally occupied by notorious criminal, Santosh Ambekar and his accomplices. Offences regarding this were registered at Ambazari police station, under sections 341, 386, 454, 457, 380, 468, 471, 506(B)May 447,448 and 34 of IPC.

The accused in the case, 1) Gitesh alias Monty Bhausukh Gandecha, 40, a resident of, Umiya Sadan, Chhaprulok, Nagpur 2) Apil Mehraj Shahu, 30, a resident of, Sadguru Apartments, Subhash nagar, Nagpur 3) Rahul Udaybhan Upadhyay, 22, a resident of, Isasani, Bhimnagar, Nagpur 4) Udaybhan Ramsundar Upadhyay, 56, a resident of, Isasani, Nagpur, have been arrested and presented in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Nagpur on July 17. All the accused have been granted police custody remand till July 23.

Present action was taken under direction of DCP, Sunil Kolhe, ACP Nilesh Raut by police inspector, Avinash Shilimkar, head constable, Vijay Nemade, police constable, Manoj Kalsarpe.
