Crime Branch arrest Adv Satish Uke in alleged land fraud case

Nagpur: Adv Satish Uke, prime witness in Judge B. H. Loya case was arrested by Crime Branch Nagpur from his residence on Tuesday morning.

“Accompanied with Crime Branch, police officials approached us around 10:30 am on Tuesday. On the pretext of investigation, regarding 15 year old land fraud they arrested Satish,” informed Pradip Uke, bother of Adv. Uke.

Pradip also mentioned that, “Satish had been defaming in alleged fake cases since in many other cases including judge Loya, he was constantly siege of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.” He also alleged that like judge Loya, Satish could also get killed. In fact he has survived one deadly attack too.

It is learnt that, with new evidence in frame of the judge Loya case, he filed a petition in the Bombay High Court for compensation to the relatives of judge Loya. Subsequently he also gave an application in Nagpur branch.

As all these issues join with BJP’s national president Amit Shah. Therefore, it is believed that Satish has been robustly manipulated behest of police and the government.

Meanwhile, hearing of the Bombay High Court’s plea in the Loa case is being heard in the Supreme Court today. After the arrest of Satish Uke, it is believed that the people involved in this case will face difficulties.
