Nagpur: A 21-year-old youth, with travel history of Dubai, reportedly tested positive for Omicron variant of novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) here, on Thursday, sources said.
The youth, fully vaccinated, reportedly returned to the Second Capital of the State from Dubai via Delhi on December 18. He is a resident of Dhantoli and had a negative RT-PCR when he reached Delhi last Saturday, sources said.

In the meantime, the administration has launched to trace his close contacts.
It is pertinent to mention that earlier this month, a man with travel history of South Africa was also tested positive for the Omicron variant and was later discharged successfully.
