Con customer robs garments trader in Pachpaoli

Nagpur: A con man posed himself as customer, hit a garment trader with iron rod and robbed him of Rs 3000 forcibly. The incident took place in Pachpaoli area here on Thursday noon. The “customer” is being hunted.

The complainant, Talvindresingh Manjitsingh Janjua (23), resident of Plot No. 301, Jagdamba Jyoti Apartment, Pachpaoli area, runs a shop, R K Garments, near Mohd Rafi Square. On Thursday around 12 noon, Talvindresingh was in the shop and handling customers. At the same time, a 30-35 year old unidentified man came to shop and posed himself as a customer. The “customer” asked Talvindresingh to show garments.

However, the moment he turned back to a shelf, the “customer” hit Talvindresingh on head with an iron rod and snatched Rs 3000 cash from his shirt pocket.
Pachpaoli PSI Gangakachor has registered a case against the “con customer” under Section 394 of the IPC and searching him.
