Nagpur: Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will perform bhumipujan of national-level badminton hall being constructed by Nagpur Municipal Corporation at Sambhaji Park, Chhatrapati Nagar in Prabhag 56 as well as Rs 40 crore various development works in South-West Assembly constituency on Friday, December 30. The bhumipujan programme will be at 6 pm. The function will be presided over by Mayor Pravin Datke while Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule will be special guest.
Other dignitaries to grace the programme include Rajya Sabha Members Ajay Sancheti, Dr Vikas Mahatme, MP Krupal Tumane, MLCs Jogendra Kawade, Anil Sole, Prakash Gajbhiye, Girish Vyas, Parinay Fuke, MLAs Sudhakar Kohale, Sudhakar Deshmukh, Krushna Khopde, Dr Milind Mane, Vikas Kumbhare, Deputy Mayor Satish Holay, Chairman of Standing Committee Sudhir Raut, Ruling Party Leader Dayashankar Tiwari, Opposition Leader Vikas Thakre, and Municipal Commissioner Shravan Hardikar.
A number of Corporators and officials will be present on the occasion.
