Devendra Fadnavis inaugurates ‘Samadhan Shibir’ in presence of Nitin Gadkari

15 stalls of various govt departments set up

Nagpur: The much-awaited ‘Samadhan Shibir’ was inaugurated today by Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis at Mundle high school in front of government ITI . The chief guest for the camp was Union Surface Transport and Shipping Minister Nitin Gadkari, Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule and Mayor Pravin Datke.

About 15 stalls of various government departments, including tribal development, social welfare department, etc. have been installed at the venue.

IMG_0556The respective officials and employees of the government departments are present at the stalls from 9 am onwards. The applications related to various works of the citizens will be accepted from 10 am onward at these stalls. The chief minister himself will be present to listen to the people’s grievances from 11 am to 1 pm. The camp will conclude at 4 pm.

The parking arrangements for people’s vehicles has been made at Mata Kacheri. The security arrangements too are in place. Those who had filed applications have been provided with a token, it was learnt.

Maximum applications relating to NMC-NIT

A total number of 462 applications have been received for the camp. Out of these, a maximum number of 141 applications relate to the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) while a total of 119 applications are related to the Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT).

About 48 applications are related to the collector’s office, 38 relate to city survey office, 24 about MHADA, 17 about health department, 15 applications for MHADAand Spanco. Apart from these, various applications have been received relating to treasury office, RTO, education department, PWD, labour welfare, social justice, RTMNU, railway, etc.

Officers, employees to carry photo ID

The officers and employees of various departments participating in the Samadhan Shibir will have to carry their photo identity. THis has been made mandatory for all the officials, it was learnt.

Road stretch in front of MUndle school to be closed

In view of the expected heavy rush of citizens, the road stretch from Deekshabhoomi square to Kripalani T-point will be closed for traffic on May 30. The respective officials and employees of the government departments will be present at the stalls from 9 am onwards. The applications related to various works of the citizens will be accepted from 10 am onward at these stalls. The chief minister himself will be present to listen to the people’s grievances from 11 am to 1 pm. The camp will conclude at 4 pm.
