Students of Centre Point School, Amravati Road, excel in CBSE, AISS examination 2019

Nagpur: Class X students of Centre Point School, Amravati Road Bypass, have performed extremely well in the CBSE, AISS examination the results which were declared on Monday. The ninth batch of Class X (2018-19) has stood true to the School’s motto ‘Strive Harder, Soar Higher’. The batch’s 100% pass result added to the celebration and marked the continuation of the tradition of excellence.

From the school, 162 students had appeared for the exam. Among them 78 students scored 90% and above as their final aggregate.

Several students scored 90% and above marks in the various subjects. 106 students in English, 36 in Hindi, 65 in Sanskrit, 68 in Mathematics, 65 in Science and 78 in Social Science.

Raghavi Shukla, by scoring 99% has become the school topper. She scored 100% in Mathematics, 100% in Social Science, 100% in Sanskrit, 100% in English and 95% in Science. Maria Kothawala, the second school topper scored 98.2%. She scored 100% in English, 100% in Mathematics, 99% in Sanskrit, 97% in Science and 95% in Social Science. 3 Students have bagged the third positions by scoring 98%. They are Riya Sinha, Riya Parate and Mayur Khandelwal.

Directors, Aruna Upadhyaya, Arun Upadhyaya, Radhika Rajwade, Dr. Jai Singh Rajwade and Mukta Chatterjee; Principal, Radhika Mehra, Vice-Principals, Perveen Cassad and Anita Sharma, and the staff commended the students on their excellent result and wished them success in their future endeavors. The students gave the credit of their success to their teachers and parents.
