There were also reports of clash between Trinamool workers and security personnel at a polling booth in Asansol.
Babul Supriyo accused the ruling Trinamool Congress in West Bengal of playing dirty tricks.
Babul Supriyo is contesting against former actress and Trinamool Congress candidate Moon Moon Sen in Asansol.
Supriyo won an unlikely victory against the Left in his first election in 2014.
