Nagpur.
The CA students from Nagpur miss a cultural touch in their students’ life, which normally other students experience at their colleges. But they let no hurdle come in the path of their fun and enjoyment.
For the CA students, ‘Chorus’ marked a grand end to the year with a two Days’ fest organised by students themselves. A youth festival, which includes various interesting games and cultural event, is ‘Chorus’ that took place in December 2014. The event was organised by WICASA (Western India Chartered Accountant Students Association) and was a much lauded one. The first day of the fest saw a fashion gala, where attires under various themes were flaunted on the ramp. The ladies charmed the crowd in spite of making changes in their attires for the themes like indo western, the chess round, ghost and jokers, and many more.
The winners of the personality contest were Itisha Bahri, who got entitled as Miss. WICASA, with Mr. WICASA Nirmal Gyanchandani. The two, after being crowned as Mr and Miss. WICASA received praises in the form of hootings by their mates.
This was a breath of fresh air for the students from the boring and stressful exams and coaching.
