Upon inspection, Shingare directed the NMC authorities to complete the beautification of the premises before April 14, the birth anniversary of Architect of Indian Constitution. The birth anniversary of Dr Ambedkar is celebrated with gaiety every year and thousands of people of all faiths gather at Samvidhan Square.

During the inspection, the Chairman of Standing Committee found the picture dismal with thick layer of dust gathered at the statue and the beautification work done so far. Enraged by the sordid picture, Shingare directed Development Engineer Rahul Varke to complete the remaining beautification work like lighting, whitewashing, repairs, greenery etc before April 14 and maintain it as well.
