Cases registered against three in death of 4-year-old boy in Mahal

Kotwali police has registered a case against three for the death of 4-year-old boy Arman Ali Patel in Mahal on November 8, 2016. 4-year-old boy Arman Ali Patel met with a tragic end when the clamp holding the chain used to pull out a pump from a bore-well broke and hit the boy injuring him critically.

The Kotwali Police has registered a case against Niranjan Gopilal Suranjan aged 50 years, Krishna Patki aged 47 years and Rajkumar Tembre aged 45 years.

According to police sources Mir Abid Ali was living in Balaji Complex on Naik Road, Mahal area. Yesterday, November 8, 2016, when the contractor was trying to extricate the pump from the bore-well using a chain tied to the Tractor, the clamp had snapped and had injured the 4 year old boy Alfez alias Arman Ali Patel.

On the basis of his complaint, the Kotwali registered a case against the three accused Niranjan Gopilal Suranjan, Krishna Patki and Rajkumar Tembre. Arman’s father Abid is does marketing for a private firm. Sources claimed that a few years ago, one of finger of Arman’s got severed when his finger got trapped in another bore well.

Since Arman was a favorite and dear to everyone in the locality, the entire locality went into grieving.
